We host Sound baths in different venues both on the Earth & on the Water. We lead both group and 1 on 1 sessions.
Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different sound healing instruments & singing voices (light language) to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.
Sound Healing works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system – It slows down your breath rate, your heart rate and your brainwaves, putting you into an almost trance-like state.
It will realign the body’s vibration, improve mental health issues and promote emotional wellbeing.

I came to the sound gong with no expectations completely open minded and can’t thank you enough for an incredible experience. I have sever osteoarthritis and not to feel my limbs and pain was wonderful. I now feel very light and floaty. when you sang i was in a wood yet I wasn’t asleep. It was magical. Sorry for going on a bit but I’m bowled over.

Everything about the night was perfect – from the serene atmosphere to the beautiful presentation. Olivia and Natasha looked like goddesses and radiated such calming energy. I had the most wonderful evening. I physically felt the reiki working in the form of a blocked nose before starting and then suddenly during the treatment it became so blocked I had to breath through my mouth, then it disappeared. I didn’t realise this was reiki until afterwards when Olivia said she felt my 3rd eye blocked! This total made sense as I’ve been having work stress and overthinking everything. I’ve never felt reiki so powerful. The singing during the sound bath had me welling up. It was so beautiful.
